CSE Velocity · STEM Racing

EVERY STORY BEGINS WITH A DREAM.

We are not starting from zero. We won the Mauritius edition, proved our project locally, and now need support to take a tested Mauritian team to the international stage.

Mission: World Stage

Our Proof

We earned our place. Now we need the means to go further.

CSE Velocity has already won the Mauritius edition. That matters: support given to us is not funding an experiment, but helping a proven student team move from national success to international preparation.

The next challenge is bigger: manufacturing, testing, portfolios, uniforms, pit display and travel. With the right backing, we can represent Mauritius with the seriousness and professionalism the competition demands.

What is STEM Racing?

A global student competition combining engineering, racing and enterprise.

STEM Racing challenges students to design, manufacture and race a miniature Formula 1 car while also building a brand, finding sponsors, presenting technical work and managing the project like a real team.

Teams progress from national events to international finals, where speed, engineering, presentation and teamwork are judged together.

  • Design & engineering: build and optimise a miniature race car with speed and precision in mind.
  • Testing & manufacturing: turn concepts into a finished product through analysis, prototyping and refinement.
  • Enterprise & branding: find sponsors, create a brand identity and communicate the project professionally.
  • Presentation & teamwork: defend ideas, manage the project and perform as a complete team.

Mauritian Roots · African Spirit

Representing a small island with serious ambition.

CSE Velocity carries a Mauritian identity and an African sense of resilience: resourceful, ambitious, and determined to make every opportunity count.

World Finals The target we are preparing for, one decision at a time.

How We Compete

Design. Build. Present. Race.

01

Engineering

We work on car design, testing, research and technical decisions to make every detail count.

02

Enterprise

We contact sponsors, prepare presentations and build the support needed to make the project possible.

03

Teamwork

Everyone has a role, but no one works alone. The project only moves when the team moves.

Mauritian & African Touch

Not just racing. Representing.

MU

Mauritian Pride

We want our work to show what students from Mauritius can do when they are trusted and supported.

AF

African Ambition

This is also an African student story: building with limited resources, but with serious intent.

WF

World-Stage Mindset

We are preparing not only to participate, but to stand there with confidence and professionalism.

“Never, ever give up and always keep fighting even when there is only the slightest chance.”

— Michael Schumacher
